As ITU TÖMER, we continue to support language learning through extracurricular cultural and social activities. On May 14th, we organized an enjoyable trip with our students to Balat, a neighborhood that beautifully reflects the historical and multicultural fabric of Istanbul.

Thanks to the "color hunt" activity we organized in the neighborhood's vibrant streets, our students not only showcased their photography skills but also had ample opportunity to practice speaking Turkish in everyday situations. Below, we share a short note penned by Ali Rıza, one of our Speaking Club students, about this colorful and entertaining trip.
