2-     A bank receipt showing level fee has been paid. (You can pay per level or all levels.)

Application and Registration Steps for Students Coming to the Istanbul Technical University Turkish Teaching Application and Research Center (ITU TÖMER) with a Turkish Language Course Visa

1. Students who wish to apply to learn Turkish must first determine the level and course term they want to attend. To do this, they can check the calendar at this link: https://tomer.itu.edu.tr/course-calendar/ongoing-courses

2. Students who have determined their level and term must submit this request by e-mail, attaching the Pre-registration Form and the bio page of their passport. Students who have previously attended a Turkish language course and hold a certificate indicating their level must also attach this document to their e-mail.

3. Once the request is approved, payment must be made. Applicants can check the following link for information about payments: https://tomer.itu.edu.tr/courses-and-application/level-info-and-fees

4. In the Payment Note section, the NAME-SURNAME of the person taking the course and the TOMER COURSE FEE must be written.

5. After completing the payment, students must send the payment receipt, the commitment letter sent to them by e-mail, the bio page of their passport, and the pre-registration form they had previously filled in, by e-mail.

6. After all documents have been sent, invitation letters are sent to students by e-mail within one week (5 business days), and your pre-registration is completed.

7. In order to complete your final registration, you must apply in person to our institution with a Turkish Language Course Visa.

• Acceptance letters are issued only for courses starting at least 3 weeks later. Please contact us by e-mail before making a payment.

INVITATION LETTER

Candidates who wish to learn Turkish at the Istanbul Technical University Turkish Teaching Application and Research Center (ITU TÖMER) by obtaining a letter of acceptance can apply by following the steps below:

1. Fill in and sign the commitment letter.

2. Please send your signed commitment letter, together with the pre-registration form, the bio page of your passport, and the bank payment receipt, by e-mail.

3. After the documents have been submitted, your invitation letter will be sent to you by e-mail within one week (5 business days).
